FONECORP is an ATM and computer maintenance provider in Tasmania. We provide hardware and software support for companies such as NCR AUST PTY LTD, IBM LTD, DIEBOLD LTD, Kordia, Customers Limited and Integrated Technology Services (ITS). We are trained in the repair of all models and makes of equipment ranging from ATM’s to the largest of servers including all pc’s, printers, communications equipment and peripherals. Many years of internal training and experience within the industry are all prerequisites to becoming a registered agent for these computer companies.
We have installed and presently maintain and service over 300 ATM’s in the state. These include the NCR 53XX, 56XX and 58XX series, Triton 9700 and RL51XX series, Diebold 47XX and Opteva series, Hyosung 1800 series ATM’s and ICash Cashpods.
We are fully qualified in the installation and support of all operating systems including all versions of Windows including Windows NT, OS2, Unix and DOS. FONECORP is also responsible for the software support within Westpac Banking inTasmania
We have three technicians in Hobart and three in the north of the state providing statewide service, 7 days a week. Together we boast more than 80 years experience in the ATM and computer industry and are Austel licensed. Recently we have added a fully qualified and nationally accredited guarding service to assist in ATM servicing.
